Bifocal
"Bifocal" follows the structure and palette of Drishti. Its wider, horizontal format evokes the span of human vision, while the over-under configuration of two pinpoint drishtis suggests bifocal lenses. The shifting hues were inspired by closed-eye phenomena encountered during meditation, appearances that viewers have recognized from their own contemplative practice. Where Drishti offers a singular focal point, Bifocal complicates attention, its doubled structure insisting on division and simultaneity.
